What is Buttercream?

    It is made of confectionery sugar, shorting and or butter,  applied to the outside as a covering and inside as a filling. 

 

What is fondant?

     It is made of confectionery sugar and Marshmallows and flavoring.  It is used as covering the outside of cakes, and some molding figures. Molded figures can be kept for a long time if they are stored away from the sun in a cool dry place, like a box.

 

Can I make changes to my cake?

    Yes, Design changes must be made up to two weeks of your event. Keep in mind that the more details added comes with extra cost.

 

Do you do Party Cakes?

    Yes, I will make a consultation appointment.  Once the event is set, half of the cake order will be required (Cash only) we will discuss, number of guest, design, cake flavor, delivery and contract.

 

 Payment:  Cash/Debt/Charge (No checks) 

 

Do you do Cupcake, Cake pops, Mini cakes?

    Yes, by requests only.
